Having both been carpenters of good reputation in the community for years, by 1984 it was a natural evolution for Bill and Todd to combine their talents to form the company of Reinhart & Rusk. Their mutual goal of taking a personal "hands-on" attitude to assure quality control in the housing market has not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by numerous awards. However, the greatest satisfaction for them in their 20 years of business is and will continue to be in their reputation as one of the finest custom home builders in the Pocono region, producing a client base in which referrals make up the greatest percentage of the homes they build.
